"When I arrived to collect my vehicle the finance had not been completed and therefore I had to wait 30 mins. When I came to inspect the vehicle there was a defect with the paintwork on the bonnet. I noticed this within 20 seconds."

"£15 a day is a modest charge to cover insurance & fuel for those who need a loan car, and much lower than the actual cost. Some dealers may offer a "free" car, but increase their labour charges to compensate. We favour a more transparent approach."

"I was advised by service staff on saturday 31st march to collect the car on monday 2nd april at about 1pm as they had orded a new run flat tyre. this was orded and fitted, there was a second tyre not right and i am still waiting for the tyre."

"Some tyres are produced in batches and when they run out we have to await another production run. This was the case with your tyres. The 1st tyre was illegal and we managed to find one for you, but the 2nd was on back order and we kept you informed."

"Your car's computer advised you that the brake pads had worn. The computer doesn't monitor brake discs. Hence when you brought your car to us, quite rightly we checked the pads and discs manually. We found the discs also had worn beyond the minimum."

"I'm sorry you feel dissatisfied. An MOT is a strictly controlled government procedure - if a car fails then the fault(s) needs to be diagnosed and fixed before we can undertake a free-of-charge MOT re-test."
